A whole-person approach to healing —
grounded in science, compassion, and real life
You need answers, a plan that makes sense, and support that meets you where you are.
I’m Deanne Newton, and I help people uncover the root causes behind chronic symptoms — especially digestive issues, skin problems, inflammation, pain, and low energy — so they can feel at home in their bodies again.
My work blends functional medicine, holistic health, and advanced regenerative therapies. While I practice in different clinical settings, my philosophy is always the same: listen deeply, look at the whole picture, and create a thoughtful, personalized path forward.
How I Help
My work spans three complementary areas of care.
You can explore each one below and choose the path that fits your needs best.
Functional Medicine
This is where we take a deeper look at what’s really driving your symptoms, not just what shows up on the surface.
Functional medicine focuses on how your body systems work together and why imbalances can build gradually over time.
Care may include advanced testing, targeted supplementation, individualized nutrition guidance, and practical lifestyle strategies tailored to your needs.
Where this care is offered:
• Akasha Center for Integrative Medicine (Santa Monica, CA)
• Residents of CA
• In-person and Telehealth
Holistic Health
This work focuses on practical, personalized support that fits real life.
Holistic health care looks at the whole person—not just symptoms—by exploring how your daily patterns like food, stress, sleep, movement, thoughts, support, and environment influence how your body functions.
Care may include habit-based strategies, individualized nutrition guidance, testing, and supportive routines designed to help you better understand your body and feel more balanced and supported.
Where this care is offered:
• Newton Holistic Health
• Nationwide
• Telehealth
Regenerative Therapies
This approach focuses on supporting your body’s natural healing and repair processes.
Regenerative medicine works by addressing injured or dysfunctional tissues and helping restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility over time.
Care may include therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), cellular signaling therapies, or IV nutritional support.
Where this care is offered:
• Torrance Regenerative Medicine (Torrance, CA)
• In-person
A 15-Minute Call to See What You Truly Need
Discover Your Path to Healing with a Free Root Cause Call
This complimentary call is a chance to talk through what’s going on in your body and determine how I can best support you — and whether working together makes sense.
We’ll explore your main concerns, look at the bigger picture, and identify where the most meaningful support may be needed. This is not a sales call. It’s an opportunity to gain clarity and direction.
During this call, you may:
Get insight into possible root contributors to your symptoms
Better understand which areas of your health need the most attention
Learn what type of support or care path may be most appropriate for you
If your questions can be answered or clarified during this conversation, I’ll share that guidance openly. Your well-being comes first.
If it feels helpful, we can also talk about next steps — whether that’s scheduling a more in-depth visit, exploring one of my care pathways, or simply pointing you in the right direction. There’s no pressure, and the decision is always yours.
My Philosophy
I believe healing happens when we stop chasing symptoms and start understanding the story behind them.
Your digestion, skin, immune system, hormones, brain, and nervous system are all connected. When one area is out of balance, it often shows up somewhere else — fatigue, digestive issues, skin flares, joint pain, brain fog, or feeling “off” without a clear explanation.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution, I take time to understand you: your history, your lifestyle, your stressors, and your goals. From there, we build a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive —
not overwhelming.
